Nighty Night Thoughts

"Change your thoughts and you change the world."-Norman Vincent Peale All that we are, and all that we will be depends upon the quality of our thoughts.  With dominant positive thinking instead of negative, comes more positive emotions, which leads to more energy, motivation and inspiration, which leads to more positive action. From positive action you get positive results, and that leads to an overall happier life. The Tricky part is that our subconscious mind creates beliefs and patterns from our most dominant thoughts.  If you have been thinking the same negative thoughts for years, and practiced pessimism for a bit too long, it becomes hardwired into your mind and creates unwanted thoughts, reactions, and behavioral patterns. When this happens, negative thinking and feelings become almost automatic, and the quality of our lives starts to sink.  It is your job to conscientiously start creating new thought patterns for your subconscious mind.
